Sul Ross State University has posted on Facebook that cadets at its Law Enforcement Academy
may be eligible for financial aid beginning this spring.
The Alpine-based university is launching its L.E.A. Certificate Program within the Department
of Homeland Security and Criminal Justice.
Cadets can enroll in the Basic Peace Officer Course without sponsorship from a police
department, which allows them to apply and complete training on their own terms.
A limited number of seats are available so cadets are encouraged to apply soon to secure their
spot for the Class of 2025, which begins on Monday, January 6.
For more information, call 837-8614 or see lea@sulross.edu
