In 1820’s mountain man era themed rendezvous, that is fun for the whole family!
There will be black powder rifle, pistol, and shotgun competitions as well as adult, youth tomahawk, knife throwing, and archery competitions with medals and awards
Mountain man era costumes are required for shooting competitions and encouraged, but not required for spectators.
A potluck supper will be held Saturday the 23rd with brisket and beans provided.
There will be a primitive mountain man themed camping area as well as a modern camping area and RV’s are welcome to boondock.
Craftsmen, artisans, and vendors are welcome as well.
Be sure to bring plenty of water and firewood. The weather is cooling down and it’s sure too be a great weekend for the whole family.
The location for the event is The Evans Mulhern Ranch. From the Ft Davis Courthouse, take Hwy118 South toward Alpine.
